Effect of job stress on commitment of female entrepreneurs: Evidence from Abuja, Nigeria

Abstract: Job stress affects and influences the mental, physical, and well-being of an entrepreneur. The objectives of this study were to examine the relationship between work-family conflict, role overload, and the business environment on the commitment of microentrepreneurs in Abuja.
