Abstract: Herein, the comprehensive study of different properties of undoped MoS2, MoS2 lattice with sulfur (S) and, molybdenum (Mo) vacancy, and MoS2 with substitutional doping of niobium (Nb), vanadium (V), and zinc (Zn) atoms is done.
