Effect of Intranasal Ketamine vs Fentanyl on Pain Reduction for Extremity Injuries in Children

Abstract: IMPORTANCE Timely analgesia is critical for children with injuries presenting to the emergency department, yet pain control efforts are often inadequate. Intranasal administration of pain medications provides rapid analgesia with minimal discomfort.
