Effect of internal brace technique on postoperative laxity in PCL reconstruction Short term study

Abstract: The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) is critical to the stability of the knee and is sometimes referred to as the "pivot." Multiligamentous knee injuries are the most prevalent sort of pcl injuries, however they may also be PCL injuries on their own.
