Effect of T'ai Chi Exercise on Hypertension in Young and Middle-Aged In-Service Staff

Abstract: t'ai chi exercise can reduce the level of blood pressure in young and middle-aged in-service staff with grade 1 hypertension, control weight, slow down the HR, improve metabolism, and improve quality of life. t'ai chi is an exercise suitable for in-service hypertension subjects.
