Effect of Epichloë gansuensis Endophyte on Seed-Borne Microbes and Seed Metabolites in Achnatherum inebrians

Abstract: The present study was to investigate seed-borne microbiota and seed metabolites in Achnatherum inebrians using high-throughput sequencing and LC-MS technology. Epichloë gansuensis decreased the richness of the seed-borne microbiota except for the epiphytic fungi of glumes and also decreased the diversity of seed-borne microbiota.
