Abstract:This study was designed to explore the effects of histone deacetylase inhibitor romidepsin (FK228) treatment on the morphology, proliferation and karyotype of porcine foetal fibroblast cells and early developmental competence of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos.
