Effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of jute yarns

Abstract: In the last two decades, an increasing interest has been observed for the use of natural fibers such as jute fibers in different applications. These fibers are characterized by their low cost and their availability. They are mainly used in fabric bag manufacturing.
