Effect of goal-directed fluid management guided by non-invasive device on incidence of postoperative complications in neurosurgery

Abstract: Introduction: Goal-directed hemodynamic therapy aims to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing surgical procedures. Optimal preload is mandatory to achieve adequate cardiac output and oxygen supply to organs and tissues.
