Effect of Glutamine Supplement Administration on the Reduction of Muscular Fatigue Post-Eccentric Exercise

Abstract: Eccentric activity can cause pain due to muscle damage and fatigue. Tired and damaged muscular state will degrade athletes' performance during a competition. Glutamine supplements are known to maintain plasma protein levels and can also improve muscle weakness due to inflammation that occurs after eccentric activity.
