The study aims to present the opinions of the principals who works in preschools, primary schools and secondary schools in terms of the talent management approach. Phenomenological approach, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The study group consisted of 42 school administrators who were selected from the districts within the borders of Kırşehir province by using purposive sampling technique in 2018-2019 academic year. Study results revealed that the majority of school principals have positive opinions and perceptions about Talent Management approach. Moreover, the majority of school principals stated that talent management approach could be applied in their schools. However, they stated that, due to some legal barriers, they face some problems in terms of attracting, developing and backing up talents, especially in the context of talent management dimensions. In the context of talent management approach in schools, legal arrangements should be made to provide flexibility for the schools in order to move accordance with the internal and external dynamics.
