Abstract:Fluoxetine is an antidepressant that acts as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Fluoxetine has exhibited different mechanisms of action on many different cell lines. In this study, the effect of fluoxetine on cAMP production in human embryonic kidney (HEK) cells under the stimulation of bovine follicle-stimulating hormone were examined.
