Effect of fabrication routes on the properties of Mn-doped BaTi2O5 ceramics

Abstract: In the present study, 0, 0.2, and 0.4 wt % MnO 2 doped BaTi 2 O 5 ceramics were fabricated by three different routes, i.e., sol-gel deriving powders and spark plasma sintering (SPS) sintering, solid state calcining and SPS sintering, sol-gel deriving powders and two times sintering.
