Abstract: Background:In eukaryotic cells the cytoskeleton network consists of three major structural elements, microtubules, microfilament,and intermediate filaments. Tubulin is the basic protein of the MTs, molecules of tubulin arranged in dimmers consisting of two forms, αtubulin and β-tubulin.
