Effect of esketamine on opioid consumption and postoperative pain in thyroidectomy: a randomized controlled trial

Abstract: Aim: Thyroidectomy is frequently associated with substantial postoperative pain. Esketamine, an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist, has been demonstrated to be effective in multiple analgesia.
