Effect of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) on Heat Response Performance of NiCr Micro-heater

Abstract: The NiCr micro-heater is a key element of MEMS-based electro-explosive device (mEED), while electrostatic discharge (ESD) may excite the micro-heater accidentally.
