Effect of electromagnetic wave reflection from conducting surfaces on blob dynamics in the tokamak scrape-off layer

Abstract: Electromagnetic dynamics of blobs in hot scrape-off-layer plasmas of the tokamak are affected by excitation of the Alfvén waves and their subsequent propagation to the machine first wall along open magnetic field lines.
