Effect of Cutting Parameters on Machinability of Hardened AISI 52100 Bearing Steel

Abstract: In this study, the effects of machining parameters, namely feed rate, cutting speed and depth of cut on the surface roughness was investigated experimentally in hard turning of AISI 52100 bearing steel using cubic boron nitride insert under dry cutting condition.
