Abstract:Copper oxide doped Titanium Dioxide (CuO= 0-1.0wt.%) powders were prepared using sol-gel method and all the powder were sintered at 500 °C. The samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and UV/Vis spectrophotometer.
