Effect of Climate Change on Health in Older Persons

Abstract: On a global scale, the population aged 65 and over is the fastest growing age group. By the year 2050, one in six people will be aged over 65 years, compared to only one in eleven during 2019. The adverse effects of climate change have a broad range of negative impacts on human health and psychosocial status.
