Effect of Chicken Serum and Horse Serum on Proliferation and Differentiation of Chicken Muscle Satellite Cells

Abstract: For efficient production of cultured meat, chicken breast muscle cells and chicken leg muscle cells were proliferated and differentiated using medium with various serums, and proliferation and differentiation ability were analyzed.
