Abstract:Research in anion exchange membranes
(AEM)s has continued with
the development of materials bearing base stable cations. Designing
AEMs that microphase separate into hydroxide conductive, hydrophilic
domains within a hydrophobic and mechanically robust matrix has been
shown to be successful for improving AEM performance. A series of
multiblock polysulfone-poly(diallylpiperidinium hydroxide) copolymers
(PSf-PDApipOH) of similar hydrophobic/hydrophilic composition was
prepared in which the molecular weight of … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
