Effect of Ball Milling Treatment on Thermal, Structural, and Morphological Properties of Phosphated Starches from Corn and Pinhão

Abstract: In the previous study, the effect of chemical modification with sodium tripolyphosphate on the properties of corn and pinhão starches was evaluated.
