Effect of Application of Standard Operating Procedure and Work Motivation to Occupational Accident on Coal Mine Employees

Abstract: Mining industry is one of the most high risk jobs, thus requiring the application of standard operating procedure in every phase of the work. Based on the preliminary study at PT.
