Effect of antidiabetic therapy on TNF-α, IL-18, IL-23 and IL-35 levels in T2DM patients with coincidental Helicobacter pylori infection

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between tumour-necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-18, IL-23, IL-35 and Heilcobacter (H) pylori infection with T2DM. A total of 25 healthy subjects and 102 confirmed T2DM patients were enrolled in this study. Diabetic patients were subdivided into six groups according to antidiabetic therapy.
