Abstract:Syntrichia intermedia was isolated from the Amadiya region in northern Iraq for the first time, as it was used against the yeast Brettanomyces bruxellensis, Candida krusei and the yeast Meyerozyma caribbica isolated fore the first one and registered as a new strain in the Gen Bank of the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) with identification number LC723825.1.
