Abstract:ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan teknik penyimpanan yang efektif antara penyimpanan air cooling dan vacuum cooling selama masa penyimpanan (0, 4, 8, dan 12 minggu) untuk mempertahankan masa simpan labu kabocha.
