Abstract:Dye‐functionalized quantum dots (QDs) show promise for solar photovoltaic and photocatalytic applications. However, the energy conversion efficiencies are very sensitive to the chemical environment at the QD–dye interface, which is dependent upon how the QDs and dye interact.
