Abstract:Relevance. Grain of vegetable pea varieties is processed at canning factories, frozen, dried, and consumed fresh. Industrial cultivation of peas can be made more environmentally friendly by using biological preparations that contain growth-stimulating bacteria, for example Rhizobium species.
