Effect of Abdominal Muscle Exercise on Peak Expiratory Flow Rate in Normal Healthy Female Individuals

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Expiration is a passive process and achieved through the elastic recoil of the lung. During forceful expiration, abdominal muscles are used.
