Abstract:The spectral repartition of the emission processes of a luminogen centre is characteristic of its structure and interactions. By applying an electric field, these interactions are changed and consequently, induce some spectral deformations of the intensity and probability distributions of emission. These changes are specific to the type of centre and lead to a choice among the different possible models. Such a study, which is achieved in the case of the green emission of ZnS:Cu, allows to corroborate the valid… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
