Abstract:Biocomposites based on polylactic acid (PLA) and jute fiber (JF) (90/10 wt.%/wt.%) were prepared by melt mixing method in the internal Poly Haake mixer. Before preparing PLA/JF biocomposites, JF was cut into the shorter fiber with 1‐2 mm in length and was modified by 1, 5 and 10 wt.% of (3‐aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES). Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was conducted to evaluate the presence of APTES on the JF surface. The mechanical properties of PLA/JF biocomposites including tensile stren… Show more
Three series of 2-phenylbenzimidazoles obtained under simple and convenient pathways, were used to elucidate their SARs against three cancer cell lines: A549, MDA-MB-231 and PC3.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
