Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya as one of the leading private campuses in Indonesia has a high commitment to improving the quality of higher education. One of the efforts of the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya in improving the quality of higher education is through the development and improvement of every aspect of activities that refer to the Higher Education Main Performance Indicators (KPI) that have been set by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The activity program that refers to the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) is the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) activity program, which has been well implemented by the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya since 2019. However, in an effort to continuously improve the MBKM program, analysis is needed an in-depth look at readiness and the impact obtained at the level of study programs, faculties, and universities. One of the MBKM programs that refers to the KPI and needs to be analyzed is the Certified Independent Study & Internship MBKM program. On this basis, this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the readiness and impact of the MBKM Internship & Certified Independent Study program at the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Based on the results obtained, the level of readiness of the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya in supporting the MBKM program is quite good with an average percentage of readiness above 50%. In measuring the impact of MBKM, it is found that the MBKM policy, Internship Program and Independent Studies greatly affect the performance of the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya significantly with an impact effect of 75.4%.

Anak korban kejahatan seksual sering kali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengungkapkan kejadian yang menimpa mereka. Hal tersebut menyebabkan banyaknya penemuan kasus kekerasan seksual sudah berdampak lanjut bahkan sampai dengan penghilangan nyawa. Kasus kekerasan seksual di Kota Bengkulu sudah dalam katagori “Darurat” yang dampaknya telah meluas ke masalah sosial. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi program Underwear Rules terhadap keterampilan anak melindungi diri dari risiko kekerasan seksual/Personal Safety Skill (PSS) dan hubungan sikap pemberian edukasi seksual orang tua dengan pengetahuan anak tentang PSS. Metode pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi program Underwear Rules kepada anak prasekolah. Sebanyak 107 orang anak prasekolah direkrut sebagai peserta. Pengetahuan anak tentang PSS diukur pre dan post menggunakan kuesioner yang berisikan tentang keterampilan dalam melindungi diri dari risiko kekerasan seksual yang diadaptasi dari program “Underwear Rules”. Selanjutnya PSS dianalisis dengan Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil p value= 0,000. Hasil analisis terhadap hubungan antara gambaran sikap pemberian edukasi orang tua dengan pengetahuan PSS anak menggunakan Pearson Correlation tests didapatkan kedua variabel memiliki hubungan bermakna (p=0,000). Simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara sosialisasi program Underwear Rules terhadap keterampilan anak dalam melindungi diri, sikap orang tua dalam pemberian edukasi seksual memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan keterampilan anak dalam melindungi diri dari risiko kekerasan seksual. Dengan demikian sosialisasi ini perlu dilakukan secara optimal dan berkesinambungan melibatkan orang tua serta pada anak usia sekolah. Kata kunci: Edukasi seksual, keterampilan melindungi diri, prasekolah.

One strategy to prevent sexual abuse is through a school-based sexual abuse prevention program. Sexual abuse prevention programs using the media are needed to understand children from sexual abuse. This study aims to analyse child sexual abuse prevention media use in Indonesia. This study is a literature review with a meta-analysis technique by reviewing studies about sexual abuse prevention media. The results showed that the media for preventing child sexual abuse in Indonesia were applications, dolls, books, pictures, comics, leaflets, origami, games, and videos. The media often used as a medium for preventing sexual abuse is video.
