Abstract: Supervisi akademik yang diterapkan kepala sekolah tentunya sangat efektif, karena dapat memberikan bantuan, bimbingan dan pembinaan kepada kinerja guru agar mereka mampu bekerja lebih baik dalam membimbing peserta didik serta dapat memperbaiki kinerjanya dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran di sekolah.
