The research aimed to determine how fiqh learning is based on the TAPPS (Think Aloud Pair Problem Solving) method in improving student-learning outcomes at MAN 1 Mojokerto. This research used qualitative research. The researcher used a case study approach. The Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research showed that the process and implementation of fiqh learning include 3 processes, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation where planning included all initial activities in implementing the TAPPS Method. The implementation included the process of implementing RPP (Learning Implementation Plan) in applying the TAPPS Method, evaluation included a final assessment of the learning process so that it could find out student learning outcomes Furthermore, learning outcomes included three aspects of assessment, namely, assessment of affective (attitude), cognitive (ability) and psychomotor (skills) aspects. Students had a significant increase in learning outcomes and had good interpersonal skills development. Appraising from the progress of the student learning process, the development of interpersonal skills possessed by students was oriented to thinking skills which included intellectual abilities. In addition, students also could master and develop well what they have learned.

The suboptimal use of learning media and students’ difficulty in understanding the material are the reasons why Microsoft sway-based interactive media is developed. This research aims to increase motivation and learning outcomes through interactive multimedia using Microsoft sway. The research applied the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) because it is structured, rational, and complete steps for developing learning media. The result showed that 1) the step of developing interactive multimedia using Microsoft Sway was according to the students' and teachers' need analysis which required audio-visual media. The interactive multimedia design using Microsoft sway was systematically depicted in the flowchart and the development was illustrated in detailed capture. The evaluation from material and media experts said that this interactive multimedia was feasible. 2) The implementation of Microsoft Sway-based interactive media was according to the schedule, 3) The students’ learning outcomes taught with Microsoft sway-based interactive multimedia were better than taught with conventional media, 4) Microsoft sway-based interactive multimedia improved student motivation. The result of this study described that this developing interactive media was effective to improve learning outcomes and it can be beneficial for teachers as the alternative media in beauty class.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan alat penilaian di sekolah yang belum sesuai dengan SOP hotel dan perkembangan teknologi di dunia pendidikan, karena saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional (paper-based). Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan alat penilaian praktik yang sesuai SOP hotel dan berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat penilaian praktik spotting menggunakan aplikasi VE. Rubric di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Akomodasi Perhotelan. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, implementation, and Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, expert judgement, dan respon usability. Hasil validasi pengembangan alat penilaian praktik spotting adalah: (1) ahli penilaian menilai sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar (85,7%), dan (2) ahli materi menilai sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar (96%). Hasil capaian peserta didik pada tahap implementasi yang diuji reliabilitas interrater menggunakan SPSS dengan metode Cronbach Alpha mendapatkan hasil sebesar (0.592) dengan tingkat reliabilitas cukup tinggi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner usability kepada dua orang guru pengampu mata pelajaran laundry dengan hasil persentase (79%) yang dinyatakan layak. Hasil perolehan data menunjukkan bahwa alat penilaian praktik spotting menggunakan aplikasi VE. Rubric layak untuk diimplementasikan di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan.
