Efektivitas Asam Nitrat (Hno3) Sebagai Pelarut Alternatif Pada Proses Acid Wash Terhadap Plate Electrolyzer Di Pt Kaltim Nitrate Indonesia

Abstract: INTISARIProses acid wash di electrochloronation merupakan proses pembersihan kerak menggunakan pelarut asam. Asam Chlorida (HCl) adalah pelarut asam yang paling umum digunakan untuk melarutkan kerak CaCO3. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan konsentrasi optimum HNO3 sebagai pelarut alternatif dengan mengkaji efektifitasnya menggunakan HCl sebagai pembanding. Sampel kerak diambil dari plate electrolyzer sebanyak 5 gram. Larutan HNO3 dan HCl diencerkan dalam beberapa variabel konsentrasi, 2%; 3%; 4%; 5%; dan 6%.… Show more
