Efeitos fisiológicos decorrentes do exercício físico no organismo materno durante a gestação

Abstract: Objetivo: identificar os benefícios fisiológicos que a prática de exercício físico pode proporcionar ao organismo materno, baseados em testes já realizados. Método: estudo de revisão de literatura, com buscas realizadas nas bases de dados Scielo, Portal de Periódicos Capes, LILACS e no Google Acadêmico.
