Efeitos de Alongamentos pela Estratégia Lemniscata do Método GDS sobre o Perfil Energético em Acupuntura

Abstract

Resumo: Contextualização: O exercício físico é uma das maneiras de cultivar a saúde. O Ryodoraku é um recurso de eletrodiagnóstico utilizado na acupuntura para avaliar o equilíbrio energético dos meridianos. Objetivo: Avaliar as alterações energéticas dos meridianos de acupuntura através do eletrodiagnóstico Ryodoraku, após uma sequência de alongamentos estabelecida pela estratégia da lemniscata do método de cadeias musculares e articulares GDS. Métodos: A amostra foi composta por 45 voluntários sadios de ambos os sexos com idade média de 25 (± 3 anos). Foram divididos em três grupos com 15 voluntários cada, sendo estes os grupos controle (CONT), alongamentos (ALONG) e GDS. Todos foram avaliados pelo eletrodiagnóstico Ryodoraku antes e 30 minutos após os procedimentos propostos. O grupo CONT permaneceu em repouso durante este período, o grupo ALONG realizou uma sequência de alongamentos e o grupo GDS realizou uma sequência de alongamentos com base na estratégia da lemniscata do método GDS. Resultados: Foi possível verificar que não houve diferenças estatísticas significativas em relação à diminuição ou aumento de indivíduos com meridianos em desequilíbrio. Porém, houve uma tendência à diminuição nos desequilíbrios energéticos captados pelo Ryodoraku no grupo GDS (20%), quando comparado ao grupo ALONG (7%) e o CONT (0%). Por outro lado, o aumento de desequilíbrios foi maior no grupo ALONG (53%), seguidos pelo grupo GDS (27%) e CONT (20%). Conclusão: Conclui-se que as movimentações energéticas captadas pelo eletrodiagnóstico Ryodoraku estiveram presente em ambos os grupos experimentais em apenas uma única sessão. Recomenda-se mais estudos com um maior número de sessões.
