Abstract: O milho é uma cultura amplamente disseminada e utilizada de várias formas para alimentação humana e animal, e outros usos na indústria. Entre as mais recente utilidade do milho está o minimilho, o qual é a espiga colhida imatura, quando os estilo-estigmas estão com 2 a 3 cm de comprimento.
