Abstract:This paper focuses on determining the effect of a training circuit to increase the speed in players from 11 to 12 years old. It employs a quasiexperimental longitudinal investigation since evaluations were made to a sample of 20 soccer players of the Cantonal de Loreto League of the province of Francisco de Orellana of Ecuador.
