Efecto de la amigdalotomía e hipotalamotomía unilateral en pacientes con agresividad refractaria

Abstract: El tratamiento neuroquirúrgico, aunque polémico, se considera un recurso útil en el tratamiento de enfermedades psiquiátricas crónicas como la agresividad refractaria.
