Abstract:The objective of the study was to compare the results after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) versus laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB) in the treatment of morbid obesity in terms of weight loss, comorbidities remission and complications.An observational unicentric study of 154 obese patients who underwent bariatric surgery from 2012 to 2021 was designed.
