Efect of Different Compound in Production of Papaya Seedlings

Abstract

RESUMO:A propagação da cultura do mamoeiro no Brasil é na maioria das vezes, feita por mudas. Esta etapa é de grande importância para o pomar, pois a muda sendo de boa qualidade, o potencial produtivo das plantas adultas pode ter alto valor de produção. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito de diferentes produtos na produção de mudas de mamoeiro, das cultivares Sunrise Solo 72/12, em condições de ambiente protegido. O experimento foi conduzido nos meses de junho a outubro de 2012, na Fazenda de Ensino e Pesquisa da Universidade Camilo Castelo Branco -UNICASTELO, Campus de Fernandópolis, SP (Fazenda Santa Rita), em casa de vegetação. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi de blocos ao acaso, com cinco tratamentos e quatro repetições, sendo: Testemunha: (0), Azospirillum spp: (0,0003 mL/balainho), GeoRaiz: (0,004 mL/balainho), Fosfogesso: (0,008 kg/balainho) e Composto Orgânico: (0,012 kg/balainho). Com base nos resultados obtidos, pôde-se concluir que a utilização do composto orgânico dentro das variáveis analisadas proporcionou melhores características para a massa úmida e seca da parte aérea da muda de mamoeiro. O fosfogesso avaliado separadamente constitui uma ferramenta importante na produção de mudas de mamoeiro, sendo assim, possibilitando uma resistência da muda quando transplantada no campo. EFECT OF DIFFERENT COMPOUND IN PRODUCTION OF PAPAYA SEEDLINGS SUMMARY:The spread of the papaya culture in Brazil is, often, made by seedlings. This feature is of great importance for the orchard, because, the seedling being of good quality, the productive potential of the adult plants could have production of high value. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different products in papaya seedlings, cultivates Sunrise Solo 71/12, in conditions of a protected environment. The experiment was made during the months of June to October 2012, at the Farm and Education search of University Camilo Castelo Branco -UNICASTELO, Campus de Fernandópolis, SP. (Farm Santa Rita), at vegetation home. The experimental design used was of blocks to chance, with five treatments and four repetitions, being: Witness: (0), Azospirillum spp: (0,0003 mL/balainho), GeoRoot: (0,004 mL/balainho), Phosphogypsum: (0,008 kg/balainho) and Organic Compound: (0,012 kg/balainho). Based on the results obtained, it could be concluded that the use of organic compound in the analyzed variables presented better characteristics for wet and dry mass of the papaya seedlings. The phosphogypsum studied separately is an important tool in the production of the papaya seedlings, thus enabling a change of resistance when transplanted in a field.
