“…Spectral Exponent (SE), a metric that reflects EEG slowing and quantifies the power-law decay of the EEG Power Spectral Density was shown to be sensitive to MCA stroke in patients and demonstrated renormalization after two months of physical rehabilitation. It is worth noting that SE renormalization significantly correlated with NIHSS improvement [ 31 ].
