ABSTRAK Data insiden diare pada Puskesmas Air Hitam tahun 2021 sebesar 1097 balita (Puskesmas Air Hitam, 2021) Penyakit Diare adalah penyakit endemis yg berpotensi mengakibatkan Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) & masih sebagai penyumbang nomor kematian pada Indonesia terutama dalam balita. Pada tahun 2020 cakupan pelayanan penderita diare dalam seluruh umur sebanyak 44,4 persen dalam balita sebanyak 28,9 persen dari target yg ditetapkan. Dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang efektifitas pencegahan diare pada balita dengan seduhan daun jambu biji di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Hitam Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2022. Pendekatan pada penulisan laporan tugas akhir berfokus pada asuhan keperawatan masalah kurangnya pengetahuan pada ibu yang memiliki balita dengan maslah dehidrasi pada diare melalui pemberian game edukasi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Hitam Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2022. Sebagian besar pengetahuan responden sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan berupa edukasi efektivitas seduhan daun jambu biji dengan kategori baik 13 responden (65%). Sebagian besar pengetahuan responden sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan berupa edukasi efektivitas seduhan daun jambu biji dengan kategori baik 18 responden (90%). Selisih peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah sebesar 55%, yang artinya terdapat pendidikan kesehatan tentang efektifitas pencegahan diare pada balita dengan seduhan daun jambu biji. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan masukan bagi Puskesmas Air Hitam Kabupaten Lampung Barat sebagai inovasi yang dapat dikembangkan sebagi pencegahan diare menggunakan bahan herbal yaitu seduhan daun jambu biji dengan memberikan berupa leafltet. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kesehatan, Pencegahan Diare, Seduhan Daun Jambu Biji ABSTRACT Data on diarrhea incidence at Air Hitam Public Health Center in 2021 is 1097 children under five (Air Hitam Health Center, 2021). Diarrhea is an endemic disease that has the potential to cause Extraordinary Events (KLB) and is still a contributor to the number of deaths in Indonesia, especially in children under five. In 2020 the coverage of services for diarrhea sufferers in all ages is 44.4 percent in toddlers as much as 28.9 percent of the target set. To conduct health education on the effectiveness of diarrhea prevention in toddlers by steeping guava leaves in the Work Area of the Air Hitam Health Center, West Lampung Regency in 2022. The approach to writing a final project report focuses on nursing care for the problem of lack of knowledge in mothers who have toddlers with dehydration problems in diarrhea through the provision of educational games in the Air Hitam Health Center Work Area, West Lampung Regency in 2022. Most of the respondents' knowledge before being given health education in the form of education on the effectiveness of guava leaf steeping with good category 13 respondents (65%). Most of the respondents' knowledge after being given health education in the form of education on the effectiveness of steeping guava leaves with a good category was 18 respondents (90%). The difference in the increase in knowledge before and after is 55%, which means that there is health education about the effectiveness of preventing diarrhea in toddlers by steeping guava leaves. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as input for the Air Hitam Health Center in West Lampung Regency as an innovation that can be developed as a prevention of diarrhea using herbal ingredients, namely steeping guava leaves by providing leaflets. Diarrhea is one of the digestive problems characterized by a decrease in fluid followed by a loss of electrolytes in the body; therefore, it requires further treatment so as not to cause more severe problems. The incidence of diarrheal disease can be influenced by optimal or inadequate access to clear water. This study aims to determine the relationship between family access to clear water and the incidence of diarrheal diseases in the working area of the Sumbersari Health Center, Jember Regency. This study was a non-experimental analytic research with a case-control design. The sample consisted of 140 participants in the case group and 140 participants in the control group, selected by the simple random sampling technique. Participants who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited into the study. Data collection tools included a demographic characteristics questionnaire, a questionnaire on clear water access, and a questionnaire about diarrhea disease incidence. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-square test (P<0.05). The results showed that most of the respondents had optimal access to clear water (31.1% in the case group and 42.9% in the control group). Diarrhea sufferers were mostly in the early adult category (21.8%). Then, there is a significant relationship between family access to clear water and the incidence of diarrheal disease in the Sumbersari Public Health Center, Jember Regency (P<0.001; OR: 0.274).
