“…It has been found that simulations tend to increase students' enthusiasm and motivation because of the immediacy of the problems to be solved and the instant feedback that permits them to see the results of their decisions in a matter of seconds or minutes (see Lauterbach and Frey, 1987 In the in-service training of black teachers by the Research Institute, it was found that the use of computer software motivates the teachers to try to solve problems, as well as to do the experiments. Simulations should therefore complement, not replace, hands-on experience.…”
