Educational Added Value in the Performance of Specialist Nursing Professionals From the Perspective of Stakeholders in Lima, Perú

Abstract: The objective is to reveal the added educational value for the performance of specialist nursing professionals by areas. Qualitative descriptive exploratory approach and phenomenological-hermeneutic approach. Ten nurse leaders and 10 relatives of patients cared for by specialist nurses participated.
