During the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning process in most universities is carried out online. The online learning process depends on the facilities used by lecturers who are assisted by Academic Staff as hosts and online participants, namely students. Some of the problems that often occur are poor signal, unclear sound or other unexpected disturbances. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the online learning process that has been carried out so far. This research was conducted at XYZ College which organizes 9 study programs, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The respondents were all online participating students, namely assessing the level of satisfaction in participating in online learning. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 1-4 which is very good, good, not good and not good. Each study program takes 2 courses without practicum and one carrying out practicum, then the average is taken for analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of online lectures during the Covid 19 pandemic was carried out very satisfactorily, lecturers have worked hard to keep up with technological developments in learning methods and techniques and students have tried hard to be able to understand, take advantage of discussion opportunities and do assignments and exams very well. As a suggestion, it is necessary to further investigate the satisfaction of lecturers and education staff in carrying out their duties during the Covid 19 pandemic as input for institutions to develop the competence of lecturers and staff as well as the completeness of infrastructure facilities.

The COVID-19 pandemic is still a major global health problem that had substantial consequences on people’s daily lives. This paper evaluates the impact of education and institutional management on Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools in Oman during the COVID-19 period. The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and identify possible challenges that may affect its impact on economic growth. This qualitative research is used as the main methodology of the study. Qualitative data are collected through convenience sampling of 108 VET college students and staff using interviews and questionnaires. The study revealed that the administration plays an important role in economic growth. The students suggested that the national educational administration of the government of Oman plays an important role in their education and that this in turn churns out industry-ready individuals who will impact the economic growth. The government’s role, especially financially post-pandemic lockdown, will be a critical determinant of VET’s impact on economic growth. This study introduces a new perspective on education administration from the perspective of students and staff of VET colleges.

The Effect of Online Review Learning Methods on Nursing Students during COVID-19 Pandemic

Introduction: In the pandemic era, online learning is quickly overtaking traditional classroom instruction in popularity. Dealing with pandemic conditions while still prioritizing the ultimate goal of optimal learning, namely by using online learning combined with a review approach. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the practicum method with an online review approach of the Anatomy and Physiology Course compared to an online mini-lecture for nursing students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan, Indonesia. Methods: Adopted pre-experimental prepost test design used two group. Counted participant were recruited from nursing students in Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan in the academic year 2020 and 2021 in first semester by purposive sampling. Analyzed using Mann Whitney to cultivate midterm and final exams score. Results: The mean and standart deviation of intervention group (76.32 ± 9.63) exhibited significant compared to control group 63 ± 9.80 with p value= 0.001. Conclusion: The online review practice method has been proven to increase student scores during the pandemic compared to usual online review. Preliminary findings from this study show how COVID-19 has impacted first-year students' online learning behaviors and suggest online review learning as a strategy for maintaining students' learning during the pandemic.
