With the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, education systems worldwide, including higher education institutions, switched to remote learning in various modes, including recordings of lectures and lessons. Learning this way can be especially effective for students with Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) who have difficulties maintaining organization, focus, and concentration. Hence, this qualitative study used semi-structured interviews to examine the perceptions of 12 students with ADHD that studied from recorded lectures from the perspective of the symptoms that define this disorder. Findings showed that learning from recordings of lectures gave students a sense of control over the learning in terms of pace, place, time, and convenience. The research contributes to understanding how to tailor accessible remote learning to students with ADHD.

Se describen aspectos claves que relacionan a la Educación a Distancia (EaD) o remota, en transición hacia una virtual, que necesariamente necesita el uso de tecnologías actuales como la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y los retos que esto representa. Se utiliza una metodología descriptiva y explicativa combinado con un método cuantitativo en la aplicación de una encuesta en línea a profesores UNED, sobre los retos actuales de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED) de Costa Rica, con relación a la docencia acerca de la IA. El objetivo es relacionar los beneficios de la IA y la EaD, que contempla los desafíos específicos en el contexto de la universidad, para lo cual se realizó una revisión de literatura de artículos seleccionados de bases de datos digitales, para comparar la realidad en términos de educación y en especial, a distancia y virtual. Se encontraron hallazgos importantes en cuanto a lo que señalan los autores de la revisión de literatura realizadas y los puntos claves en la UNED que necesitan ser enfocados con el fin de adaptarse a la nueva realidad como, por ejemplo, la necesidad de tutorías virtuales inteligentes, de explorar la Inteligencia Artificial para la entrega de la docencia y el monitoreo de actividades en línea, especialmente, en la aplicación de actividades formativas. Por último, este es el principio, las futuras líneas de investigación se basan en cómo aplicar la IA en los retos que supone una Educación a Distancia en transición a virtual.

The purpose of the study is to identify the features of ensuring the competitiveness of distance business education and modern trends in the development of the field of educational services and the role of digital technologies and project management in these processes. General scientific and special methods are used: historical-logical grouping (systematization of electronic learning system elements, distance education, approaches of project management etc.); generalization (understanding of modern role and evaluation of distance education and e-learning resources, digitalization processes). It has been proven that such an alternative to traditional formal education is more closely correlated with the demands of the labour market, allows to better and more quickly meet the needs of employers, and for employees to ensure their professional development throughout their life and to apply their competencies in the countries of the European Union. Approaches to project management in distance business education are described. It has been established that project management in business education has a scientific basis based on pedagogical theories and researches, which supports active, collaborative and critical learning, and also promotes the development of skills that are important in today's information society and the labour market.
