The research given is of great scientific value since the main task of any state is to protect natural human values, namely: life, health, will, honour, dignity, and other natural rights. Therefore, their defence and protection are carried out at the state level, especially by developing effective means aimed at systematic counteraction to criminal offences against the health of an individual. The doctrinal approaches on the limits of criminal law protection of person’s health, existing today, require a detailed analysis and generalization, as well as legal drawbacks in the construction of criminal law norms on liability for various types of encroachments on health and problems arising as a result of it at criminal law assessment of relevant socially dangerous acts. However, the discussion on terminology which is not only the achievement of criminal law subjects but also medicine, forensic medicine, psychology, etc., is still taking place between the researchers in various humanitarian sciences at national and international levels. First of all, these terms and categories are the determinants, and main studies in these areas are based on them.

The aim of the article is the theoretical justification of the task-based approach as a methodological basis for the formation of future elementary school teachers' readiness to design the learning environment. The research methodology includes the analysis of regulatory documents, psychological and pedagogical literature and scientific research to determine the essence of the task-based approach and its implementation features in the formation of future elementary school teachers' readiness to design the learning environment. Distinguishing between the stages of preparing future elementary school teachers for designing learning environments and their purpose influenced the development of a specialized task system and practical problems which can be divided into three groups: adaptive, stabilizing, specialized. When selecting and developing specialized tasks and practical problems have been acted according to the following algorithm: assignment of a task or practical problem (adaptation, stabilization, specialization) determination of expected results in accordance with the components of readiness and the predominant choice; evaluation of the content complexity on the B. Bloom's scale.

The relevance of the research topic is stipulated by the need to conduct the scientific research of a state and issues of modern cybersecurity ensuring under the fight against corruption as its threat to suggest significant directions for the further development and improvement of the cybersecurity state in the context of global challenges and the pandemic and post-pandemic world’s development. The research purpose of the paper is to determine current issues and prospective of ensuring cybersecurity under the fight against corruption as its threat in pandemic and post-pandemic world conditions. General-scientific and special-legal methods of cognition have been used. By using a dialectical method, theoretical background and current issues of cybersecurity ensuring under the fight against corruption as its threat has been investigated and the modern challenges concerning this issue have been outlined. Formal-legal and comparative methods allowed suggesting the directions of cybersecurity ensuring in conditions of the fight against corruption as its threat under the global changes, digitalization and social transformations under the innovative cyber technological development of pandemic and post-pandemic reality. Discussion concerning a concept, types, challenges, issues, and prospects of cybersecurity improvement in conditions of the modern world under the fight against corruption as its threat.
